Take your child to Work Day

Today was take your Child to Work Day!  Jacob asked Daddy to join him today and his wish was granted!  He got up this morning and packed his lunch, got dressed, had breakfast, put some books into his "briefcase" and off he went.  I have to pick him up at 1:30 since Ted has a 2 hour important meeting this afternoon.  I can't wait to hear all about it!

My Big Hug

It is so nice to have Jacob back home with us. He had a fantastic week on Uncle Sam's farm, playing with cousins, and visiting with other relatives.  When I finally saw him walking down the sidewalk, he gave a huge smile and ran up to me and threw his arms around me.  That made my day!  He also greeted his sisters with a huge smile :)  It is amazing how complete the family feels when they are all snuggled in their bed under one roof!

Happy Easter!

We had a joyous time with family this Easter weekend. We had an egg hunt, dyed eggs, and Easter dinner with the Grewe side on Saturday and fun with the Zettlel's on Sunday!
