Jake had a blast creating this boat and then blowing in down the gutter tonight!!  He came in first of the Wolf Scouts!!  Here are some pictures of this cub scout event!

1st Place at Jake's 1st Pinewood Derby

Jake is so proud of the work he and Ted did on his car to earn him a first place finish in his first Pinewood Derby for his Cub Scouts! Here are some pictures of this special event!

We celebrated her birthday last night since today is such a busy day. She is in school all morning, have religious ed classes after school, and play dress reheresal tonight that she won't be home until 8:30 ish tonight!!

Last Wednesday Jake earned his first honors in the boyscouting world! He received his Bobcat awards! He was so proud!! I am really enjoying being part of the Cub Scout world!

Halloween Fun

Getting ready for trick or treating!

The kids had lots of opportunities of having Halloween Fun. On Wednesday, Allison had her classroom fun. On Friday, Alexis and Jacob had their parties in each of their classrooms. On Friday night, the school sponsored Trunk or Treat fun. They had a chance to get more candy, ride in a fire truck and police car, had a cake walk, and a haunted hallway. Then on Saturday the kids went trick or treating in our friend's subdivision as it was his birthday. We have enough candy for an army! I am thinking I might donate some of it. We surely don't need it!!

Carving Pumpkins

On Tuesday evening, we went to our friends house to carve pumpkins together! We had a blast! Power tools were also used in this process as some pumpkins were so thick!
