We Passed!!

We passed our final building inspections! We are almost all done! I ordered the carpet on Thursday so it should be here in the next few weeks. Yeah!!! The end is in site!!

On Friday night, we met Beth and John in Frankenmuth. We had a great time walking the streets, eating ice cream, and chatting. We will plan a trip back there soon!!

My niece Cassidy was here all last week. We had a good time this year. The kids attended VBS every morning. We went swimming and we played at the park. We met Beth and John in Frankenmuth on Friday and that was fun too!

Our own Olympian

Tonight we were watching the women's synchronized diving on the summer 2008 Olympics and Becca was trying to copy what she saw. I turned around and found her diving off the couch! Yes, head first! I wasn't quick enough to snap a picture :(

Now we are watching the gymnastics portions and I am just waiting for some or all of my kids start tumbling across the living room floor!

Happy Anniversary!

Today is our 13th wedding anniversary. We have accomplished so much in that time!
Here are a few things:
I graduated from college!
We bought our house!
We had our first daughter!
We had our son!
We had our second daughter!
We had our third daughter!
We added on to our house!

There has been other milestones-family vacations, holidays, deaths, friendships, church dedication,and more!

Our dear Allison turned 4 while on vacation. We saw the sites and sounds of the National Cherry Festival during the day. That evening, good friends of mom and dad came over to grandma's for dinner. Alli wanted pizza (that we got at Grumpy's in TC) and frosted brownies for desert!

She received a Dora mermaid doll, a Beachbums baseball team shirt, a magnetic doll, lacing bears, and a book.

We all had a great day!
